Dear Friends of Orenda,
We wanted to take a moment to reflect on 2023 as we prepare to ring in the new year.
It’s been an incredibly productive year, and we’re proud of what we have accomplished with your support. The energy across our growing community of conservationists has been invigorating and has reminded us what makes Cape Cod so special…
Thought-provoking topics enriched the educational experiences we offer, allowed us to align our programming with our mission and brought unique context and perspective to our Organization’s processes and strategic priorities.
The collaborations we sought with like-minded individuals and entities taught us that embracing partnerships is a critical component along the path to success.
The struggles inherent in driving change illuminated the power of approaching challenges with optimism and opportunity, while growing our team with highly-skilled volunteers and staff.
And, the major celebrations like our Gardening For Wildlife Gala and associated campaign yielded unprecedented success in eclipsing goals — and brought friends and supporters from near and far to revel in how their generosity is leaving a lasting impact for generations to come.
While we’re grateful for these celebratory moments, milestones and occasions, we know there is so much more to be thankful for — and, we’re particularly thankful for the many ways that this network continues to support one another as we advocate for nature together. Togetherness is something that our world and our wildlife so deeply need.
As we close the books on 2023, know that we are thankful for you — and for each member of this incredible community of changemakers.
With our deepest gratitude,
The Orenda Wildlife Land Trust Family
