Join our Team as a Summer Intern!

Orenda is seeking a summer intern!

If you are a Cape Cod student interested in gaining experience in environmental conservation, our internship may be a fit for you!

This position is part time and will last 8-10 weeks. Interns will work alongside our Stewardship and Terrapin Protection teams and have the opportunity to learn about land and wildlife protection at our sanctuaries across Cape Cod.

This internship opportunity is being made possible by the The Richard F. Boyden Internship Fund

Orenda Wildlife Land Trust internships benefit youth interested in exploring and developing careers in conservation. The inability to earn money while engaging in an unpaid internship may prohibit qualified and deserving students from being able to participate in an internship opportunity with us.

Your generous contributions will help offset the cost of accepting an otherwise unpaid opportunity by providing stipends to qualified students, who have chosen to pursue meaningful experiential opportunities with Orenda Wildlife Land Trust, which might not otherwise be possible for them.

Our Internship Fund was created in 2023, in memory of our dear friend Richard F. Boyden, a lifelong conservationist, passionate educator and long-time Orenda Board member and sanctuary monitor. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered!
